Wish I had read the google reviews before I called this company. I had nearly the same experience as a customer had 5 years ago. They were supposed to arrive before noon on a Wednesday morning. They didn't. I called them and was assured that they were on their way. They weren't. I called them again at 4:30 pm and asked what was going on. The lady said that she didn't know until 4pm that their driver hadn't come by and besides the pump-out station closes at 1pm on Wednesdays. I asked what she could do to make this right, since I had taken the day off work; like maybe $50 off the bill? "Oh no! I can't give you $50 off under any circumstances!" she replied. She then told me she could send a truck over later tonight. I told her thanks anyways... This company uses several different phone numbers, so beware.
